How to Take Pau D’Arco to Cure Your Candida

My friend asked me before about one of the famous candida cures, Pau d’Arco. She asked what this tea does for candida and how to consume it. She also asked me for some recommendation if I have. Well, Pau d’Arco is a bark from the tropical rainforest that helps to kill candida overgrowth. “Traditional medicines” or “Alvita” carries it in tea bag form, which can be purchased at most natural food stores.

If you can afford it, I would recommend “Amazon John’s” Taheebo tea, which has Pau d’Arco in it. It is better to take this substance in the form of a tea, and drink throughout the day (2-3 cups/day) if possible.

For your information, I just want to let you know that you can also get the tea in bulk from the bulk spice or herb section in health food stores. I have been doing this for years. To make the tea I, use a handful of tea to a soup pot of water. Bring the water to a boil and toss the tea in and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then, I will put it in the fridge and drink it cold or usually room temp. That is due to my preference, though.

Some times I throw a few slices of ginger in the simmering water. Pau d’Arco is one of the herbs that I can feel is killing the candida. I usually get a specific kind of headache for a while as I feel it clearing up the brain fog. You can sweeten the taste with Stevia if you don’t like it.
